Terms of Service
Last updated: 22 July 2026
These terms govern your use of Ordano, the local-first all-in-one life-management app. By using Ordano you agree to them.
The service
Ordano provides tools to manage tasks, notes, habits, journal, finances and calendar. Core use is local to your device. Some features (such as multi-device cloud sync) require an account and a paid plan.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. You must provide a valid email address and use the service in compliance with applicable law.
Your content
You own the content you create in Ordano. We claim no ownership over it. We only process it to provide the service (for example, to sync it across your devices when you enable sync). See our Privacy Policy for details.
Plans & payments
Paid plans are billed through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Prices, billing cycles and any refunds are presented at checkout. You can cancel a subscription at any time; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt it, access other users' data, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Disclaimer & liability
Ordano is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service. Keep your own backups of important data (the app offers Export tools for this).
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date. Questions? Contact hello@ordano.live.
